My goddaughter being held in someone else's arms, until she spots me and opens her arms demanding I grab her.
Hearing 15 yr olds apologise for being awful (their own initiative), telling you that they think you're awesome, trying to persuade you to go to a music festival they're going to (cos it'll be fun!) and learning to trust you.
Someone telling you that the lesson was the best maths lesson ever and finding out from parents that their daughters were insisting on choosing a maths unit for yr 11-12 because their teacher told them she believed they could do it.
