Is it normal to be a control freak?
Constantly wanting everything to go your way... no not my mum's way, my best friend's way... isn't it such a "me me me" world?
Is it normal to be annoyed at someone?
I'm currently exceptionally annoyed at someone- I'm trying hard not to show it but it is wearing me thin. I don't mind when people are not very bright naturally therefore needing assistance especially when it comes to jokes and understanding things. I sympathise/empathise? (Jess which is the right word??)
But... when the joke isn't even funny... or it's really old... I start feeling the need to say... Get OVER it!! Grow UP!! Seriously, try acting your age.
What is the difference between immaturity and being childish?
I've had a few versions- childish people have more concern for their welfare. Immature people just act a certain way... no cares (which in turn could hurt people but ultimately it's not all about them)
Do we all have to act our age? I admit I don't always act my age and I should more often probably but I hope I never manage to hurt anyone... annoy, yes... and I am sorry.
There we go, I just got annoyed at someone else... not really at her... more so at the computer cos it wouldn't work properly- its like a learning/testing thing and when we did it the right way, it said we did it the wrong way etc. Then she got all upset and Laney says, "Well complain to the right people or else, GET OVER IT!"
I reckon I need a healthy dose of self control, compassion and a new heart.
